From reaching out to street children in Africa and Asia, implementing biblical principles in the hearts of pupils in Kenya, resourcing believers all over the world, SGM Lifewords has always been at the forefront of the mission field. 
During the First World War, military New Testaments produced by SGM included at its end a prayer commitment, with a space for the soldier to write his name and dedicate his life to the Lord Jesus. Many soldiers wrote back saying how important that decison was for them.
Amidst the terror of the bombing during Second World War, SGM inovated the way to evangelise, developing Biblical posters, which were fixed in anti-raid shelters and underground stations in order to take a word of relieve and faith unto the many thousands of refugees.
In 1949 SGM was a partner of the missionary effort which caused the last big flood of Bible portions in China, just months before the comunist revolution, distributing 800,000 Gospels in Chinese.
Nowadays, initiatives such as Pavement Project, Choose Life or Life Changing Words bring hope, strength and transformation into the lives of many people. We've always relied on voluntary donations to carry out the work we have been doing.
